By trading on this website, you automatically accept the following conditions. We therefore recommend that you read them thoroughly.
We will always strive to handle your order the same day it is received.

For SDI^® tests, we recommend that the semen sample is handed in on Monday. Answers will then be available within 48 hours. When sending semen samples or submitting to clinics, it may take 1-2 weeks before you receive a response.

By VMF test or karyotype test, blood samples are sent to laboratories in London. The response time to these tests is typically about 3 weeks. WE ARE SUBJECT TO PRINTING ERRORS AND PRICE CHANGES.

Payment: When placing an order, you guarantee that all the information you provide is correct, that you are over 18 years of age and an authorized user of the credit card used and that there is coverage on the card in question.
We accept payment with Dankort / VISA Dankort, VISA, VISA-electron, Mastercard and JCB.

All prices are in Euro.

SPZ Lab encrypts all your card information with the so-called SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that unauthorized persons cannot read your card number or other information during the transaction with Nets.

Security: When you place an order on spzlab.com, please provide your name, address, telephone number and e-mail address. We are responsible for safe storage and guarantee that these are not passed on to outsiders.

Delivery: SPZ Lab processes all orders every weekday before 14. You will receive information about this in a Secure message on the same day.

Right of withdrawal: Send a Secure message to SPZ Lab with order number if you want to cancel the purchase. Provide your account number at the same time. If we have not incurred expenses, we will return your entire payment. Any shipping costs will be deducted. However, you cannot undo the purchase once you have received the result (SDI^® test). If your samples have been sent to another laboratory, the purchase can no longer be undone.
